MAENTIVA is a real estate group dealing with real estate investments, development and real estate management. It develops its activities in the CEE region across all segments of the real estate market.
The oldest real estate industry in the history of the MAENTIVA group is storage and light industry. At present, the group owns and manages facilities in the region of South Bohemia. Several other projects are planned for construction based on specific demand, especially in the South Bohemian region. The youngest branch is the ownership and management of rental housing.
MAENTIVA Property, s.r.o. is controlled by MAENTIVA Management, a.s. provides a comprehensive service for various projects of the MAENTIVA group and other developers in the Czech Republic and CEE countries.
